Senzur
A concept-to-marketplace client, Senzur was on a tight timeline to launch their meth-confirmation product at an all important law enforcement expo. In addition to developing the product on time, Inergi recommended a custom rental booth for Senzur in order to meet the short time span. A real showstopper, the 20x20 booth displayed a striking overhead sail panel, electronic light sequences visible from anywhere on the show floor, and translucent columns with interior lighting for a unique effect.
Two Inergi-produced professional video promotions that illustrated use scenarios for Senzur played to draw in attendees. Inergi also assisted in selecting a key chain flashlight/laser pointer as a popular promotional give-away – carefully chosen for relevance – creating a Senzur ad for the show guide, producing Senzur literature to distribute at the booth, organizing a contest drawing, and coordinating a show sponsorship. The response was outstanding and the client was thrilled.
Siemens
Siemens, formerly EDS, came to Inergi with special exhibit-related projects. The first was to develop a centralized exhibit property web site to better manage their property across their U.S. corporate and regional events. The site would enable the sales and marketing organization nationwide to be involved in design collaboration and planning from their respective offices. This Inergi-developed site is now in constant use across the Siemens and Inergi team to make priority marketing decisions on how the inventory will be distributed, developed, maintained, scrapped, and modified. The web site has been a dramatic success, resulting in more events with less inventory and greater impact on the show floor.
The second assignment from the Solid Edge Division of the company was to develop a national and international user group meeting in Atlanta, GA, plus a site for online registration. Inergi located and staged an exhibition for Solid Edge vendors and users. Inergi managed all show services, including I&D, for 45 vendors. Inergi implemented an e-commerce web site to process real-time purchases and registration for Solid Edge vendors and clients. Weekly reports gave an overview of the current status of all registrants. Over $250,000 in online transactions was made in a three-month period.
